Same Kubernetes clusters with different name

Description

User can now create any amount of same k8s clusters with a different name which results in duplication and looks weird on frontend.

Expected results: Error if the user trying to add  Cluster with the already existed name

We'll add   K8S Cluster name in table and  it  will be clear where  the DB  is belong to

, what cluster? Kubernetes or DB cluster? The task isn't about not unique names, it's about ability to add the same kubernetes cluster with different names and we return the same db clusters as result for different kubernetes clusters.
