Add Alert Rule Template

Description

User Story: 

  • As a PMM admin user, I need to be able to Add Alert Template, so that I can use them later to create Alerting Criteria. 

 

The goal is to provide the ability to upload raw Alert Template file upload for the user. 

 

UI:

  • TBD (modal window with a big Textarea to ender full AT file)

  • Add Button

 

Acceptance Criteria:

  • User (PMM Admin level) is able to press "Add" button on View/List screen and get Add Window

  • Add Window provides the ability to paste or type full texts of AT

  • Ability to ADD entered Template 

  • optional: any validation, if possible
