Change menu link for Home button

Description

Sometimes users set an own dashboard as the default home dashboard.
But Home button in menus is linked to PMM home dashboard. 

Let's change linking. So menu will be compatible with any default home dashboard.

User can set it's own dashboard as a Home dashboard. But "Home" menu button  is still leads to our default home dashboard.
The main purpose of menu changes is allowing to use a custom home dashboard without changes of each dashboard menu.
Currently we have got "Home" button that hard coded to PMM home dashboard.
I propose to moved from hard/url linking to tag linking.
"Home" button would be replaced by a drop down menu with Home dashboard links.
So if a user whats to get rid from pmm home dashboard it will required just remove Home tag for it.
