[RECURRENT] Basic OSS improvements and PR Reviews

The Goal: Basic cleaning up of instructions and documentation about contributing to PMM as Opensource Product

  • Cleaning up and improvements in other PMM related opensource Projects such as:

    • mongodb_exporter

    • proxysql_exporter

    • grafana_dashboards

i had started writing a contributing guide for pmm-managed (its not linked to a ticket since I did it on a weekend) which I intend to finish this month. just leaving this PR here https://github.com/percona/pmm-managed/pull/618  for visibility and so that no one ends up duplicating the work the pmm-managed repo
