Goal:

Since the last refactoring there were a couple of minor stylistic and usability improvements left to make.

DoD:

• reduce the header font size

• better color for the AMI image pattern

• disable the Submit button if the input is empty

• url points to the right place on the docs (the url changed)

• break down the single file to componentize the app

How to test:

• deploy an AMI instance

• goto /setup and see if DoD is implemented

Out of scope:

• auto-hide the notification
