Change of Server Down Warning for MongoDB

Description

Change current Server Down label to Agent Down or something similar.  Warning occurs when mongodb_exporter is not running.  Meanwhile, MongoDB may be running just fine.  Message would be better stated as PMM agent being down instead of appearing that MongoDB is down.

Where is this coming from?  Integrated Alerting?  Custom Prometheus Alerts?  There are two datapoints in the same "is down" datapoint...it's either 1 or 0 for up or down or NULL for "got nothing from exporter"...so this sounds more like alert rule criteria that needs tweaking...
