User impact: User can be confused with available update to the same version he/she has

STR:

1. Install PMM 2.20.0 RC

2. Wait until 2.20.0 will be released

3. Open PMM Home dashboard and check update

Actual result There is 2.20.0 version available for update

Expected result: The same version is not displayed for updating
