User impact:
User does not have any metrics from dbaas cluster when pmm-server is running on port 80
Steps to reproduce:
Start PMM Server on port 80
Go to PMM Settings and set correct Public Address (get from browser)
Go to dbaas and create a db clusterCheck cluster logs
Actual result:

in perconalab/pmm-server-fb:PR-2207-17e8ca7 + pmm-server on non-standart port:
Expected result:
Get metrics from dbaas clusters
Workaround:
Use https
Details:
with only 80:80 exposed ... monitoring will not work at all as PMM Agent uses 443 for connection to the server .See https://www.percona.com/doc/percona-monitoring-and-management/2.x/setting-up/server/docker.html#tips
Port 80 can be open in addition, but not as a replacement of 443 port
