Upgrade nginx for PMM 1.X due to vulnerability

Description

Upgrade due to the following issue:

https://www.tenable.com/plugins/nessus/150154

nginx should be upgraded at least to 1.20.1.

 

PMM 2.25.0 is already using latest nginx version.
