PSMDB is currently tested only on ubuntu xenial for historical reasons/resources (big test takes from 1-2 days) etc., which is not very good obviously - so this ticket is to somehow expand that testing to other distributions where we maybe won't run the big test but just some smaller smoke test to make sure that basic stuff is ok.
