Two improvements are needed in mongo_startup script which is used for manual/exploratory testing:

• add SSL support (generate certificates + setup startup options)

• add --host option to initiate replicaSet with actual IP/hostname instead of "localhost" - important to support docker images for PBM

• add optional docker support for PBM (start PBM instead from binary tarball with docker image)
