proxysql-admin-tools - update proxysql_galera_checker.sh v1.3.2

Description

Merge latest proxysql_galera_checker.sh changes back into our script. There are bug fixes provided by . Currently. the only difference between our script and the upstream script should be support for the secure centralized configuration provided by our packaging and updated by proxysql-admin

good idea. This would require updates to the the ProxySQL packaging and inclusion of the additional configuration script. I will ask René if he is interested.

Personally I would like to see the changes Percona made to be merged back into the source of the script which is in proxysql itself. As the change is quite minor and would benefit everybody using it, I do not see the benefit to keep a separate version.
