Percona proxysql package contains duplicates logrotate configs

Description

Package: proxysql2

Version: 2.0.10-1.1.buster

There are two logrotate configs shipped with the package:

/etc/logrotate.d/proxysql

/etc/logrotate.d/proxysql-logrotate

As a result It causes logrotate errors:
