Before, pxc cluster was working as a regular one and everything was ok. Now, when we  implemented the cross cluster replication, we have to set one of pxc cluster as read only(with SET GLOBAL READ_ONLY=0), which causes the proxysql to crash and fall to crash loop.
We need some mechanism in proxysql-admin to tell to proxysql without restart that cluster read-only state is changed.

As we discussed yesterday on the call, it's possible to avoid this situation with fix in proxysql-admin tool, without changing or implementing the scheduler
