Missing files in the ProxySQL package

Description

While checking the ProxySQL package 2.3.2-1.2, it is found that below 2 files are missing in /usr/bin 

proxysql-common
percona-scheduler-admin

Please note that both rpm and debian packages are impacted

Bug fix verified on latest ProxySQL packages for proxysql2-2.3.2-1.2.el7.x86_64

The package has been placed into proxysql testing repo

Docker image has also been rebuild.

Please rebuild docker image after rpm/deb rebuild also.
