Add support in pstress for parallel load execution on PXC nodes

Description

Currently, we are using pstress to run load on a PXC cluster setup. But, we are using only one node i.e node1 for executing the load.

We need to add support in pstress to run load on all 3 nodes in a PXC cluster. The driver script needs improvement.

A cluster config file needs to be created which can be passed to pstress to run load on all the PXC nodes.
