Add table and row count validation in pstress before and after crash recovery

Description

It will be a nice validation to have in pstress. pstress can capture the table count and the number of rows each table contains just before the server is killed. After crash recovery is performed by pstress, we can again capture the table and row count.

In case of mismatch, it should be reported so that the QA can analyse it.

There will be DDLs/DMLs, between capturing the table stats and killing the server which may lead to incorrect results. It is difficult to get exact sync point with concurrent dmls.
