Add support for Stored Procedures and Triggers in pstress

Description

There have been several requirements to test SP, Functions, Triggers in parallel to DML/DDL load. However, we do not support it yet in pstress.

It will be good to have options eg
--stored-proc 10
--triggers 15 
--functions 5

There is a new requirement to test Javascript SP and Functions with pstress. It will be good to have options like --js-stored-proc --js-functions along with --stored-proc and --functions.
