LP #1035080: pt-query-digest review table doesn't have "bytes"

The docs for pt-query-digest don't have a column(s) defined for the $event->{bytes} property, probably because it's auto-generated and isn't visible in the slow query logs.

WontFix because it's not even bytes really, it's characters. The way the --history table works would require hacking this, and it's not really worth it--this is mostly a feature request for allow non-log-metrics as metrics in the table.
