The toolkit does not consistently create tables in a replication-safe manner, which can cause breakages.

For those tools that do not currently look at replication, either the statements should not be written to the binary log, or replication-awareness should be added.

The tools that already are replication-aware should try to ensure that they do not cause problems with replication.
