LP #1139969: pt-query-digest does not support log_output=TABLE formats

I find the table format of logs to be extremely useful when diagnosing ongoing issues as they make it far easier to manipulate data in smaller time intervals. It would be great if the table format were supported. Currently, my only option is to run the statements through pt-fingerprint and then run my own summaries.

As a short-term workaround, Rolf may be interested in a script I use to export the rows of a log table to a flat-file format that pt-query-digest can read.
