LP #1146656: Provide smaps in pt-stalk

Description

**Reported in Launchpad by Raghavendra D Prabhu last update 13-03-2013 15:41:51

Currently pt-stalk uses pmap/pmap -x to provide process map.
Even though that is useful and good, more can be provided here
which can help better.

One way is to read /proc/$pidof/smaps, newer pmap provides a -X
option but that is not yet in CentOS 6.3 (may be there in 6.4).

Since this isn't a bug, I created https://blueprints.launchpad.net/percona-toolkit/+spec/pt-stalk-smaps
