pt-tools like pt-summary, pt-mysql-summary etc. should include its own version in the output so that we know which version was used to collect that info.

Why does the tool's version matter? For tools that collect, save, and re-read the saved files, I can see it mattering since a 2.1 tool may not be able to read data saved by a 2.2 too for example.
