LP #1202467: pt-log-player --set-vars can't unset NO_AUTO_VALUE_ON_ZERO

The fix for bug 1078887 broke the fix for https://code.google.com/p/maatkit/issues/detail?id=799 so t/pt-log-player/issue_799.t is failing. We need to revert and lock DSNParser in pt-log-player to 2.1.7.

pt-log-player has been removed from Percona Toolkit. Similar tool is https://github.com/Percona-Lab/query-playback (not really supported now too).
