LP #1589996: pt-online-schema-change --dry-run does not connect to slaves

Description

--dry-run does not try to find and connect to slaves.

Shouldn't this be part of of it?

Able reproduce the described issue as follows, 

Step to reproduce:

  1. Installed sandbox replication with Percona server 5.7 and using PT version 3.0.11

  2.  Running following command with --execute, which detects slave and trying to connect to slave servers. PTDEBUG logs Attached.

     3. Running following command with --dry-run option, which does not try to find and connect to slaves. PTDEBUG logs Attached.

Please provide additional details about what command you are executing if possible provide a testcase, percona toolkit version, current output, and expected behavior.
