``pt-online-schema-change`` was not recognizing the slave with multi-source replication active.

Description

pt-osc is not recognizing the slave when the slave has MSR active. Both --check-slave and --recursion-method fails.

I made a patch. (v 3.0.13)
Who needs this before official release, execute in your workdir (you need "patch" tool)

Thank you for the report.

Validated as described.

In addition, i found that  – -recursion-method and ---check-slave-lag not working single master/channel replication.
