[pt-kill] Feature request: Use @@aurora_server_id for aurora servers when logging kills to table

Description

The kill_log table uses server_id for logging:

On Aurora, all readers return server_id 0, causing confusion in case you have multiple readers. 

 

The feature request is to use aurora_server_id for Aurora RDS instead:
