pt-online-schema-change 'table does not exist' on macos

macos

mysql 8.0.40

lower_case_table_names=2 (default value)

 

pt-online-schema-change failed with below message, but the table exists.

This issue did not exist in 3.5.5 but appeared in 3.6.0.
