LP #937225: pt-query-advisor OUTER JOIN advice in JOI.003 is confusing

This is a documentation bug. When people enter a query with LEFT JOIN and the advice says OUTER JOIN is defeated, many of them don't understand that LEFT/RIGHT joins are a shortcut for saying LEFT/RIGHT OUTER JOIN. The advice needs to explain this.
