LP #1003003: pt-online-schema-change uses different keys for chunking and triggers

Someone Skype-chatted to me to mention that pt-online-schema-change appeared to chunk by primary key on his table, but chose the table's unique index for the triggers. This is probably not desirable. It may also lead to deadlocks.
