LP #1011738: pt-table-checksum SKIPPED is zero but chunks were skipped

There's a test case for SKIPPED, but the first chunk is skipped which seems, somehow, to make the SKIPPED count work. However, if the first chunk skipped is chunk # > 1, then SKIPPED incorrectly shows zero even though chunks were skipped.
