LP #1202757: pt-stalk --sleep should never be less than --run-time.

pt-stalk 2.2.3

Ran:
pt-stalk --no-stalk --run-time=600

While it ran, pt-stalk triggered another collection every 300 seconds (AFAICT).

  • pt-stalk should never be capable of collecting twice at once

  • --sleep should never be allowed to be lower than --run-time

  • didn't --sleep used to kick in AFTER the collection was done?
