LP #869032: pt-table-sync ambiguous error message on permission check

Description

**Reported in Launchpad by Hartmut Holzgraefe last update 16-08-2012 17:11:34

The error message on failed permission checks looks the same for failed checks on the source or destination side, not revealing which side the check actually failed on. The error message always just reads

User $user does not have all necessary privileges on $db.$table

IMHO it should either include the actual host name or simply add source/destination like

... privileges on source table $db.$table

Marking this as "Won't Fix" because we are removing the priv checks; See https://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-toolkit/+bug/1036747
