LP #933467: pt-query-advisor doesn't warn on a mixture of aggregates and columns in a non-GROUP-BY query

select continent, group_concat(name) from world.Country

should be RES.001 because if there is an aggregate function and no GROUP BY, then it's an implicit GROUP BY.

pt-query-advisor was removed in 2.2. Use pt-query-advisor 2.1 or the online tool: https://tools.percona.com/query-advisor.

This issue has been moved to https://github.com/percona/query-advisor/issues/8.
