Schema mismatch (Column DATECREATION precise type mismatch.) during a partial backup import

Description

Issue: 

Same as https://jira.percona.com/browse/PXB-2133, for a column with type datetime. The previously pointed issue is marked as fixed in 8.0.12, but not able import the table even with 8.0.12.

 

Environment:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.6 (Maipo) with MySQL 8.0.19 and xtrabackup 8.0.12.
