Incremental bitmap function is broken on 8.0. That is why we are focusing on implement upstream page tracking.

Since we are not going to fix bitmap on PS having the test failing on pxb just makes us used to have test failures. 

In the aim of having a clean jenkins run on pxb, we should move bitmap tests to its own suite and leave it disabled by default. Tests are still important as we want to mimic all of them in the new page tracking implementation.
