Make PXB 8.0.30 be able to backup 8.0.29 (and prior) server

Description

8.0.30 release changed the layout and version of redo log.
Currently it can prepare a backup taken on 8.0.29, however, due to the new layout of redo logs, it cannot backup 8.0.29 and prior versions.

Research what is necessary to make it backwards compatible with old layout and format.
