This test uses low redo log sizes to make ensure we flush more aggressively. Before 8.0.30 we will only overwrite a redo block if we use the total amount of redo log file size * 2, which is 16MB for this test.
However, after 8.0.30, the server can delete files more aggressively in order to make room for the number of writes coming in. This causes the test to sometimes fail due to not being able to read log files, while the failure should be due to a missing encryption key.
