This is related to our Percona Xtrabackup documentation updation.

Please update the --redo-log-arch-dir section documentation and explicitly mention that the backup user should have “SYSTEM_VARIABLES_ADMIN” privileges to use this option.

The above issue is fixed once the backup user provided the “SYSTEM_VARIABLES_ADMIN” grant. So, let’s mention explicitly inside the documentation that this grant is a must to use the --redo-log-arch-dir option.
