Allow Xbcloud to respect AWS_CONFIG_FILE and AWS_PROFILE env variable configured using AWS RolesAnywhere

Currently, xbcloud has two ways to access the S3: using the AWS secret/key (mentioned with xbcloud) or the IAM instance profile. Please allow xbcloud to respect the AWS_CONFIG_FILE and AWS_PROFILE environment variables, which set the config file path (".aws/config") and profile sections. This should also apply once the credential helper is configured to use/run multiple AWS RolesAnywhere configurations on the same server. More details can be found inside the affected CS ID.
