Remove Boomtable plugin from the build

Description

Boomtable plugin was migrated to Grafana table plugin, but the source code of the boomtable plugin is still pending to be removed from grafana-dashboards repository.

This is where the plugin can be found:

How to test

Check if the following dashboards load without any error:

  1. Check that boomtable plugin is not present in /srv/grafana/plugins

  2. Check that boomtable plugin is not listed on UI /graph/plugins?filterBy=installed&filterByType=all

  3. Check that the plugins is not present using grafana cli, i.e. grafana cli plugins ls
