[UI] Edit resources (logic)

Hi , the issue (the purpose of the task) was to integrate the ui ( ) made with the backend and allow the user to edit resources on the overview page

Result of Test:

MySQL

• Scale Down works as expected: “Cannot scale down 3 node cluster to 1. The operation is not supported”

• Increase resource size per node to Medium; it works fine.

MongoDB

• Mongo DB, Scale Down work as expected: “Cannot scale down 3 node cluster to 1. The operation is not supported“

• MongoBD edit sharding works as expected with N of Shards and N of Servers

• Mongo DB scale up, works as expected

• “Edit:, Routers works as expected, Up and Down

PostgreSQL

• Scale Down works as expected

• Scale Up works as expected
