[UI] Remove edit button from database list actions

Description

User shouldn't be able to switch to cluster editing mode (including by direct link)

Talking with ​@nuna.dionisio , it should not be allowed to edit the cluster from the “…“ (three dots) option. Instead, we should click the database and edit each section independently.
