[UI] Changing namespaces while creating a cluster not resetting most of the form fields
Description
While creating a DB cluster if user changes namespace from A, that has a backup storage added, to any other namespace that has no backup storage location added to it, the UI does not reset any value other than Basic Cluster information and Resources.
It should reset all the values in all available options of the form, including Backups, PITR, Advanced Configurations and Monitoring.
