Enable scheduled backups for PG

Description

Due to a bug in the PG operator, everest wasn't able to list the backups performed automatically in a schedule which basically made the scheduled backups useless. Therefore, in the first implementation of the scheduled backups we disabled them for PG.
With the release of PG operator v2.3.0 the bug is fixed so we shall enable scheduled backups for PG in the every page/modal just like we did for PXC/PSMDB in the issues linked below.

Scheduled backups can be created during the db creation

They can also be created on the Backups page

Backup schedules more than 3 cannot be created. The issue has been filed as

The release of PGO 2.3.0 didn’t completely fix the scheduled backups. Therefore, this task is still blocked until gets fixed.
