Check if perconapgbackup CRs are now created

Description

After upgrade to PG Operator 2.3.0, check if perconapgbackup CRs are now being created for the scheduled backups. If everything is alright our DBBackup CRs should also be created.

Checked: the pg-backup objects are created successfully for the scheduled backups with PG 2.3.1

While initially it looked like this was working, we found so this task should be re-done after the next PGO release.
