use the official PBM docker image for PSMDB operator

Description

At the current moment we use custom docker image as a backup image for PSMDB operator.
This is a task to check the differences and see how/if it would be possible to use the official one from here: https://hub.docker.com/r/percona/percona-backup-mongodb

Both dockerfiles are currently here: https://github.com/percona/percona-backup-mongodb/tree/main/docker
