Docker image broken for Kubernetes operator

Description

We wanted to use the official PBM docker image for PSMDB kubernetes operator but we are hitting following issue so we will need to postpone its usage:

It seems it is related to following change in the start-agent.sh script:

This seems to have been introduced via K8SPSMDB-608 and the following GitHub pull request: K8SPSMDB-608 fix: password of backup user is printed in backup-agent logs
