PBM 2.1.0 crashes mongod node when using incremental physical backups

Description

How to reproduce:

1. Deploy a replica set using PSMDB 5.0.10-11:

 

2. Install and configure PBM 2.1.0 accordingly to work with the ReplicaSet.

 

3. Take some backups:

 

4. Then, try to use the base backup to the incremental backup:

 

5. Right after trying to start the backup, the node crashes with the following stack:
