As of PBM <= v1.5 at least there is no internal backup scheduler that is run by a PBM agent. The way to run full backups on a schedule is to run the "pbm backup" command by a crond or simular scheduling tool.

We don't seem to have this in the documentation, so let's add it. As it is not a feature of PBM itself I think it shouldn't be in the "Usage" section, but rather in the "How-to" section.
